Travel to Quito
Mariscal Sucre International Airport (UIO) receives direct flights from several countries in Latin America, the USA, and Europe.
The airport is located 37.5 Km away from the University and Hotel Area (around 50 minutes by taxi). Taxis usually charge 25-30 USD for the ride, and most hotels can arrange a transfer to the hotel from the airport.
Visas
While citizens of numerous nationalities can enter Ecuador without a tourist visa, certain countries necessitate one. If your country passport requires a visa to enter, we recommend initiating the process promptly. Should you require any assistance from our end, please inform us. Additionally, please ensure that all passports possess a validity of more than six months from the date of entry into the country.
