Free mobility is a program where the student requests coursing a semester or academic year in a foreign university that is not partnered with UDLA in a specific student exchange agreement.

Free mobility implies that the application, enrollment, and payment of educational services must be done according to the regulations of the foreign regulations. The application process is the same one done by the students in UDLA exchange program, the application deadline dates of each call must be followed.

Free mobility students interrupt their studies at UDLA to access this program. After they conclude the program, they must request readmission from their Mentor. Students who use free mobility and who have a partial or total scholarship for the payment of their tuition will lose this benefit, but they can request new financial aid upon their return.
